How to Put On Your Bioflect Leggings

1. Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
2. Gather the fabric of one leg before pulling it over your foot.
3. Gradually work the material upward, smoothing it over the ankle, calf, and thigh.
4. Repeat with the other leg.
5. Pull the waistband comfortably into position.
6. Smooth the fabric and remove wrinkles or folds.

Avoid pulling aggressively on the raised-knit fabric.

Care Instructions

• Follow the manufacturer’s washing and drying instructions.
• Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate compression garments.
• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and excessive heat unless permitted by the care label.

At Body Works Custom Compression, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Bioflect purchase. Due to the personal nature of compression garments, Bioflect products are subject to specific return and exchange requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition Requirements: Garments must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Exchange Fee: A $6.95 restocking fee applies to eligible exchanges.
• Return Fee: A 30% restocking fee, based on the purchase price, applies to eligible refunds.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Hygiene Requirements

To maintain return eligibility, please try on garments over undergarments. Leggings should also be tried on over pantyhose.

Avoid exposing garments to lotions, perfumes, deodorants, powders, or smoke.

Worn, washed, stained, soiled, or otherwise altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygiene and health considerations, garments that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective Bioflect garment, please notify Body Works Custom Compression within 10 days of purchase.

Eligible manufacturing defects will be addressed through a replacement garment in the same size and style originally ordered, subject to verification.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Body Works Custom Compression before returning your garment.
2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Package the eligible garment securely and follow the provided shipping instructions.
4. Allow approximately 5–7 business days for inspection and processing after the return is received.

Please do not send returns directly to Bioflect without authorization from Body Works.
