Return Policy
- Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original unopened packaging. No credit will be issued for merchandise after 30 days of receipt.
- All garments are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing flaws or defects prior to use. Due to government regulations, any Marena garment that has been opened or worn for any length of time cannot be returned unless defective. Please call us immediately to report any defects.
- An Return Authorization must be obtained before goods can be returned.
- Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping products back to the manufacturer.
- Credit will be issued after the product is returned minus any shipping fees.
