This is the work horse in the Juzo line of compression Pantyhose. Varin/Dynamic offers the highest containment of any circular knit fabric. If you suffer from moderate to severe edema, lighter weight fabrics can cut into the flesh, causing rings and folds. This is much less likely to happen with the Dynamic fabric.

These feel so amazing! You’ll never want to take them off!
Extreme compression makes these hard to get over the heels and pull up but once you do, the relief and comfort feels amazing. When you start to walk in them, you are electrified by their intense, invigorating massaging action that encircles your legs from toe to thigh and keeps you moving and smiling. It’s like the super-springy yarns are energized by some invisible force field!! When sitting doing nothing, the soothing and relaxing sensation is heavenly.
Ever since trying these, nothing less than 40-50 mmhg will do. Despite the extreme compression, these don’t bind or pinch, as long as you size properly. Juzo’s method of graduated compression is the best money can by. Perfectly proportioned for incredible comfort. DO NOT size up, as that will cause them to slide and cause biding and pinching. Best thing to do is to hold them up with a waist-high or full length body shaper. The panty part of these hose is super silky and feels great, but has no compression so adding some over it to hold them up and balance out the pressure makes everything feel that much better.
Worth every penny. Don’t know what I’d do without them. Learning how to get them on is frustrating because they are so tight but once you get the hang of it, it’s a pleasure to take the time every morning to get them on, anticipating the relief, comfort, and joy they bring to your day.
