The Sigvaris Compreflex Calf Wrap is an adjustable compression solution designed for individuals who need an easier-to-don alternative to traditional compression stockings. Ideal for managing mild to moderate lymphedema and lower-leg swelling, the Compreflex system allows compression to be adjusted based on individual needs.

The wrap slides over the foot and onto the lower leg, then secures comfortably with four adjustable straps. The included ACCUTAB® devices help you accurately set and monitor compression levels from 20–50 mmHg, providing consistent, measurable compression throughout the lower leg.

The Compreflex Calf Wrap is available in five sizes and two lengths to help provide a comfortable and effective fit.

Choose Your Liner

The Compreflex Calf Wrap can be paired with different liner options depending on the amount and location of compression needed.

Basic Liner
The Basic Liner is designed primarily as a comfortable protective layer between the skin and the Compreflex wrap. It helps protect sensitive skin and makes the compression wrap more comfortable to wear. The Basic Liner does not provide therapeutic compression to the foot or ankle.

Transition Liner
The Transition Liner provides approximately 10–15 mmHg of graduated compression in the foot and ankle, helping provide a smoother transition between the foot and the compression supplied by the Compreflex calf garment. It is a good choice when additional foot and ankle compression is needed while the calf is managed by the adjustable wrap.

Complete Liner
The Complete Liner provides approximately 15–20 mmHg of graduated compression from the foot through the lower leg. It can be worn underneath the Compreflex wrap to provide additional compression and support throughout the limb, making it a good option for individuals who need more comprehensive compression coverage.
