Return Policy

Off-the-shelf garments may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom items and Special Orders are not returnable. If there is an issue with a custom garment, the manufacturer will make necessary alterations within 30 days of delivery to ensure proper fit.

Bandages are not returnable once opened. Unopened bandages may be returned for credit on account only.

Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect item shipped or a defective product).

Failure to inspect the garment or product within 30 days shall be deemed full acceptance of the item.
