The OptiFlow RM product line brings gradient technology to ready-made, standard sizing. The upper extremity OptiFlow covers from the tips of the fingers to the axilla. The lower extremity unit covers from the ankle to the groin, or from the ankle to the knee in the half (1/2) length style. The product is lightweight, cooler and slimmer than the ReidSleeve, which is the custom compression garment made by Peninsula. The OptiFlow RM is designed to manage mild to moderate lymphedema.

CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Armsleeve
The CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Armsleeve is an affordable product that can be worn 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It can be adjusted to four (4) different inelastic compression levels from 10-20 mmHg to 40+ mmHg. The patient adjusts the compression level using the built-in pressure system (BPS). The product is easy to don, adjust and remove using the Velcro band system. It can accommodate a 5% increase and a 10% decrease in arm size. The product comes in right or left and is available in six different sizes and three different lengths for a near custom fit. Each purchase includes one wrap, one black cover-up and one BPS guide card. A hand wrap and undersleeve can be purchased separately.

CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Hand Wrap
The CircAid JuxtaFit Essential Hand Wrap is used to treat mild to severe lymphedema. The product can be applied with one hand and the velcro band system makes it easy to adjust and remove.The product compresses the hand from the wrist to the base of the fingers and can be adjusted to place additional pressure on the dorsum of the hand. The Hand Wrap is designed to work with the JuxtaFit Essentials Arm Sleeve. The product is for both active and sedentary use and can be safely worn 24 hours a day. The wrap is adjustable, made for the right or left hand, and available in five (5) sizes.

CircAid Undersleeve Arm Liner
The CircAid UnderSleeve Arm Liner is worn against the skin under compression garments to protect the skin and provide added comfort. The product goes from the upper arm to the hand, with a thumb hole. This arm liner protects the skin and it does not provide any compression. The products comes in cotton and silver, with the silver/nylon blend being naturally antimicrobial.

Sigvaris Compreflex Standard Arm Wrap
The Sigvaris Compreflex Standard Arm Wrap features a unique 90 Degree “Flexi-Zone” that increase the range of motion. The product provides mild to moderate compression featuring straps that roll back and attach to the garment to prevent tangling. This garment is safe to wear day and night and the inner sleeve allows for one-handed application. The product has an adjustable fit with a padded axilla and wrist for comfort. The garment is available in three lengths and four sizes and can be combined with a Dorsal Pocket Glove. The Caresia Gauntlet Bandage Liner can be worn with either Caresia arm liner. The product provides coverage to the second finger joint (PIPs), and incorporates individual finger spacers to address swelling between the knuckles (MCPs). L&R Solaris ReadyWrap Gauntlet
The L&R Solaris Ready Wrap Gauntlet is designed to work with the Ready Wrap Arm Sleeve Unit. The Gauntlet provides coverage from the wrist to the MCP’s and over laps the arm garment to reduce gapping. The Right/Left specific design contours naturally to he hand. Built in padding for the palm and dorsum helps to provide consistent compression over bony prominences. The pocket design allows for foam pads (Swell Spots) for additional support.

Juzo SoftCompress Chest Liner
The Juzo SoftCompress Chest Liner is designed to be worn under bandaging or a compression bra. It provides even compression to promote lymph drainage and prevent soft tissue fibrosis. The liner is sized by bra cup size and has an adjustable chest circumference. When removing the product, you will have visible markings on the skin. The product is made of 100% cotton, machine washable, and very durable. If you have open wounds in the region, they must be covered with an appropriate wound dressing before donning the liner.
