Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Defective Product – If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

2. Wrong Item Sent – If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process:

• Provide proof of the defect or incorrect item (photos may be required).

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exclusions:

• Returns for reasons other than defects or wrong items sent will not be accepted.

• We do not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
