HuggerPRIMA – Upsize to the nearest size.
ie: 36 3/4 inches = size L
HuggerVIDA – Downsize to the nearest size.
ie: 36 3/4 inches = size M
2. DD cup or higher?
For the HuggerPRIMA, we recommend that you upsize one size for comfort and wearability or add an EXTENDER.
With the 360° seamless knit mapped compression, you can still maintain good compression by upsizing and, most importantly, gain patient compliance with comfortability.

The Classic Lower Leg Outer Jacket is for patients who have swelling in their leg and foot as a result of lymphedema or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the top cut back at an angle to expose the toes. The Ready-to-Wear design is a cost-effective tool to assist in the management phase of lymphedema. JOBST® JoViPak® recommends ordering the Classic Lower Leg AD Jovi Jacket with this garment to provide the additional compression needed for maximum fit & effectiveness.

SiennaWrap Compression Wrap Contoured Calf by Alta Medical is an adjustable compression wrap for patients with lymphedema, lipedema and swelling in the lower leg. Contoured to trace the posterior calf curve, this compression wrap also features convex, adjustable straps for a more comfortable fit at the prescribed pressure. The Velcro® finger loops make SiennaWrap easier to put on, wear and take off. Knee crease cut-out reduces the risk of accidental tourniquet at the knee. JOBST JoViJacket Classic Lower Leg w/ Polartec Power Dry
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment is for patients who have swelling in their lower leg(s) and feet because of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot of this garment extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee. The foot length is proportional to the leg length and girth.
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment (either Ready-to-Wear or Custom Made as appropriate) can be paired with a Hip Hugger or Boxer Capri for more complete coverage. This combination offers great flexibility, particularly when there is a significant disparity between upper and lower leg sizes.
To order a Ready-to-Wear Classic Lower Leg AD garment, check to see if your patient fits into our standard size chart, found on the order form. Ready-to-Wear garments are often the most cost-effective solution if the patient’s measurements fall into the sizing parameters.
These garments are available in our signature Polartec® Power Dry® fabric. Additionally, JoViJackets are available in Nylon & Spandex Powernet. JoViJackets are highly recommended to complete this two-part garment system – the additional compression is needed for maximum fit & effectiveness.

Wash as frequently as needed to ensure good tissue hygiene. Machine wash in warm water with a mild detergent and tumble dry on low. Always wash with the Velcro® hook attached to the garment. Place SiennaWrap in a mesh laundry bag to extend the garment’s life. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
