1. In between sizes?
HuggerPRIMA – Upsize to the nearest size.
ie: 36 3/4 inches = size L
HuggerVIDA – Downsize to the nearest size.
ie: 36 3/4 inches = size M
2. DD cup or higher?
For the HuggerPRIMA, we recommend that you upsize one size for comfort and wearability or add an EXTENDER.
With the 360° seamless knit mapped compression, you can still maintain good compression by upsizing and, most importantly, gain patient compliance with comfortability.

The Karena Gradient Compression Bra incorporates a textured lining to encourage lymphatic drainage and help soften scars and radiation fibrosis. The combination of compression and massage from the textured lining provides relief from swelling, pain, inflammation and overall discomfort.

The Classic Lower Leg Outer Jacket is for patients who have swelling in their leg and foot as a result of lymphedema or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the top cut back at an angle to expose the toes. The Ready-to-Wear design is a cost-effective tool to assist in the management phase of lymphedema. Beth Post Surgical Camisole with Zipper – WearEase

A comfortable garment to wear home after surgery, offering all the features and benefits of a post-surgical bra with the additional security of a camisole. The wide adjustable bra straps make this camisole especially easy to fit. Can be worn after a wide range of surgical procedures and treatments, including: mastectomy, lumpectomy, biopsy, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, radiation treatment and for transition during mastectomy recovery. You can buy this camisole with all the accessories, Style 904 (a pair of pouches to hold your drains and a pair of fiberfill forms) or purchase just the camisole with a pair of the pouches, Style 903. JOBST JoViJacket Classic Lower Leg w/ Polartec Power Dry
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment is for patients who have swelling in their lower leg(s) and feet because of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot of this garment extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee. The foot length is proportional to the leg length and girth.
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment (either Ready-to-Wear or Custom Made as appropriate) can be paired with a Hip Hugger or Boxer Capri for more complete coverage. This combination offers great flexibility, particularly when there is a significant disparity between upper and lower leg sizes.
To order a Ready-to-Wear Classic Lower Leg AD garment, check to see if your patient fits into our standard size chart, found on the order form. Ready-to-Wear garments are often the most cost-effective solution if the patient’s measurements fall into the sizing parameters.
These garments are available in our signature Polartec® Power Dry® fabric. Additionally, JoViJackets are available in Nylon & Spandex Powernet. JoViJackets are highly recommended to complete this two-part garment system – the additional compression is needed for maximum fit & effectiveness.

For soothing comfort, choose WearEase 915 Compression T. Specifically designed to provide compression for the entire torso and additional coverage for the upper chest and underarm area. Designed from input from lymphedema therapists and fitters, this shirt extends the coverage of our popular Slimmer, Style 910. In addition to the sleeves, we have added a second layer of fabric to the back of the T. Great for travel and active wear.

Dawn Post Surgical Camisole with Lace – WearEase
The Dawn Camisole is a post-surgical camisole that does not look surgical. A feminine and comfortable camisole that does not look surgical. With a little bit of lace and choice of colors (white, nude, black ). Lingerie satin elastic and stretch lace add to the feminine feel. This “no closure camisole” is easy to slide on and made of a soft “no-pill” combed cotton to minimize irritation to sensitive skin.
The Dawn Camisole features:
- Built-in Shelf Bra for Support and Pockets for Prosthesis and/or Breast Forms
- Two matching removable Drainage Tube Pouches
- Easy to slip-on or step into

Inside soft, latex free elastic encircles the entire torso allowing positioning of the removable drainage tube pouches from front to sides or back according to needs. The drainage tube pouches can be removed and the camisole can be worn for leisure wear after surgery, during radiation and recovery.
