The Juzo SoftCompress Malleo pads cushion the Bisgaard (perimalleolar) region of the ankle. They provide a targeted increase in pressure and an ideal pressure distribution. The pads are delivered in pairs.

The Juzo Hand Pressure Pad can be inserted between the hand and a compression glove or between the hand and compression bandages to provide additional compression and optimal comfort. It is ideal in the treatment of lymphedema and other edemas.

The Chin Strap – Standard is designed to address edema of the neck, the mandible, and the anterior/lateral aspects of the face, and partially covers the ears.
Velcro® straps at the neck and the top of head (occipital) can be adjusted to patient’s comfort level. The easily adjustable straps allow the patient to be comfortable during various stages of their condition and makes wearing the product overnight more pleasant.
Important: This garment is not padded. There is an open seam at the neck designed for placement of a treatment-related insert. An insert is necessary for maximum fit and therapeutic effectiveness. While the type of insert is dependent on the condition of the patient, JOBST® JoViPak® recommends the Neck Pad – Universal for this garment.

A Male Genital Pad is recommended for swelling and/or fibrosis in the scrotal area fibrosis. This liner is designed specifically to promote lymph drainage and prevent soft tissue fibrosis. Vertically stitched foam channels create differences in pressure to effectively move fluid.

If you have any open wounds in the region, the wound area must first be covered with a suitable wound dressing before applying the Juzo padding.
This loose-fill Round PitPak is often useful under short-stretch bandaging to help soften woody or long-standing fibrosis.

Note: This can be an aggressive form of therapy that should be carefully monitored by a highly trained lymphedema therapist. The medical condition and tolerance level of each patient is different. Begin with an application of 15 minutes (maximum) under light compression to assess the situation before making any increases.
