The L&R Solaris TributeWrap Below Knee is designed as an evening and nighttime garment for managing lymphedema. It is made with a Coolcore fabric that wicks away sweat and moisture to regulate body temperature. The product has donning tabs that makes donning and adjusting the arm easy. The product has Chevron channeling based on Manual Lymph Drainage principles of directing fluid to the collateral pathways helping to maintain and reduce edema. Special features of the Below Knee are: (1) Coolcore fabric that wicks away moisture, (2) Easy to use donning tabs, (3) Foam technology that softens and breaks up hardened or fibrotic tissue, (4) Chevron based channeling, (5) Slim design for the patient’s comfort, and (6) Angled straps and darting at flexion points allowing freedom of movement in any rating or sleeping position. Foam chips the product stimulate the tissue, promoting the reabsorption of interstitial fluids to reduce swelling. Bandages are applied over the liner, which is designed to disburse irregular compression by creating a symmetrical shape to the limb. An equally simple solution is to the apply the ReadyWrap Thigh unit instead of bandages. This product is sold individually and is not returnable once opened, unless defective. The product is available in three (3) lengths and three (3) sizes.

JOBST FarrowWrap Classic Thighpiece
The FarrowWrap CLASSIC Thighpiece is designed for moderate to severe Lymphedema and other swelling disorders. The product provides 30-40mmHg compression. The Thighpiece has a wrap-around knee piece attached, and it comes in Three (3) lengths and Five (5) sizes. It is recommended that bike shorts be worn over the top to keep the garment in place. A liner, which is sold separately, should be worn with all FarrowWrap products.

This product provides coverage from the Axilla to the knuckles (MCPs) Foam chips the product stimulate the tissue, promoting the reabsorption of interstitial fluids to reduce swelling. Bandages are applied over the liner, which is designed to disburse irregular compression by creating a symmetrical shape to the limb. It pads bony parts and fills concave spaces, compensating for anatomical differences without compromising compression.
