The Chin Strap – Standard is designed to address edema of the neck, the mandible, and the anterior/lateral aspects of the face, and partially covers the ears.
Velcro® straps at the neck and the top of head (occipital) can be adjusted to patient’s comfort level. The easily adjustable straps allow the patient to be comfortable during various stages of their condition and makes wearing the product overnight more pleasant.
Important: This garment is not padded. There is an open seam at the neck designed for placement of a treatment-related insert. An insert is necessary for maximum fit and therapeutic effectiveness. While the type of insert is dependent on the condition of the patient, JOBST® JoViPak® recommends the Neck Pad – Universal for this garment.

The FarrowWrap STRONG Legpiece is designed to offer 30-40mmHg compression for treatment of moderate to severe lymphedema and other swelling disorders. This product can be paired with the FarrowWrap STRONG Footpiece and Thighpiece for full leg coverage. It is easy to apply and remove and it can accommodate fluctuations in swelling. Arion Magnide® reduces friction between the skin and the compression garment. This helps the stocking slide easily and smoothly over the skin. Note: This can be an aggressive form of therapy that should be carefully monitored by a highly trained lymphedema therapist. The medical condition and tolerance level of each patient is different. Begin with an application of 15 minutes (maximum) under light compression to assess the situation before making any increases.

The FarrowWrap 4000 Legpiece is an alternative to high compression elastic stockings and bandaging. The product has an inner sleeve that holds the garment in place while the four (4) velcro straps are adjusted, providing 30-40mmHg of compression. The product package includes one FarrowHybrid I foot compression stocking, which provides 20-30mmHg compression to the ankle and foot, but no compression to the leg. It is available in black or tan and four (4) sizes and two (2) lengths.
