The OptiFlow RM product line brings gradient technology to ready-made, standard sizing. The upper extremity OptiFlow covers from the tips of the fingers to the axilla. The lower extremity unit covers from the ankle to the groin, or from the ankle to the knee in the half (1/2) length style. The product is lightweight, cooler and slimmer than the ReidSleeve, which is the custom compression garment made by Peninsula. The OptiFlow RM is designed to manage mild to moderate lymphedema.

CirCaid JuxtaFit Essentials Standard Upper Legging with Knee
The CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Standard Upper Legging is an easily adjustable product for upper leg dynamic compression. It can be adjusted to four (4) different inelastic compression levels from 10-20 mmHg to 40+ mmHg. The patient adjusts the compression level using the built-in pressure system (BPS). The product is designed for both active and sedentary use, and can be safely won both day and night. This garment provides leg coverage from the groin to below the knee. The product comes in six (6) sizes and three (3) lengths. The garment has the Silvertec lining, which prevents odor, static and the propagation of bacteria. Each package contains: 1 – Pair of footless thigh high under sleeves, 1 – PAC (Power Added Compression) Band, 1 – Black Comfort Cover-up, and the Built-in Pressure System guide card to verify the application of prescribed compression levels. In order to obtain full leg coverage, this product can be paired with the JuxtaFit Essentials Standard Lower Legging and the JuxtaFit Premium Ankle Foot Wrap.

The CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Standard Lower Legging is an easily adjustable product for lower leg dynamic compression. It can be adjusted to four (4) different inelastic compression levels from 10-20 mmHg to 40+ mmHg. The patient adjusts the compression level using the built-in pressure system (BPS) (See the Video). The product is easy to don, adjust and remove using the Velcro band system. The Standard Lower Legging can be worn both day and night and is available in eight (8) sizes and two (2) lengths, as well as calf sizes. The product has the Silvertec lining which prevents odor, static and bacteria propagation. The product can be worn with elastic stockings as part of a complete compression system. To obtain full leg coverage, this product can be paired with the JuxtaFit Interlocking Ankle Foot Wrap and the Essentials Upper Legging. The CircAid JuxtaFit Essentials Armsleeve is an affordable product that can be worn 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It can be adjusted to four (4) different inelastic compression levels from 10-20 mmHg to 40+ mmHg. The patient adjusts the compression level using the built-in pressure system (BPS) (See the Video). The product is easy to don, adjust and remove using the Velcro band system. It can accommodate a 5% increase and a 10% decrease in arm size. The product comes in right or left and is available in six different sizes and three different lengths for a near custom fit. Each purchase includes one wrap, one black cover-up and one BPS guide card. A hand wrap and undersleeve can be purchased separately.

The CircAid JuxtaFit Premium Ankle Foot Wrap provides inelastic adjustable compression to the foot and ankle. It can be worn 24 hours a day and is easy to use. The wrap provides compression while both active and inactive. JuxtaFit Premium products have a lifespan of up to two (2) years. This product comes in standard and custom sizing. The product is for both active and sedentary use, and works well with elastic stockings as part of a complete compression system. This product is returnable and includes a one (1) year warranty. The ankle foot wrap can be paired with the JuxtaFit Premium Lower Legging and the Essential Standard Upper Legging for full compression coverage.

The CircAid JuxtaFit Essential Hand Wrap is used to treat mild to severe lymphedema. The product can be applied with one hand and the velcro band system makes it easy to adjust and remove.The product compresses the hand from the wrist to the base of the fingers and can be adjusted to place additional pressure on the dorsum of the hand. The Hand Wrap is designed to work with the JuxtaFit Essentials Arm Sleeve. The product is for both active and sedentary use and can be safely worn 24 hours a day. The wrap is adjustable, made for the right or left hand, and available in five (5) sizes.

Juzo Compression Knee Wrap
The Juzo Compression Knee Wrap is reversible and can be worn beige or black, depending on your style. It applies dynamic compression to the knee, but can also be worn with the Juzo Calf, Thigh and Foot pieces to obtain full leg compression. It works like short stretch bandages, without the hassle of short stretch bandages. This product can be worn overnight, if required, and has a compression range of 30-60 mmHg.
