The L&R Solaris TributeWrap Arm is designed as an evening and nighttime garment for managing lymphedema. It is made with a Coolcore fabric that wicks away sweat and moisture to regulate body temperature. The product has donning tabs that makes donning and adjusting the arm easy. The product has Chevron channeling based on Manual Lymph Drainage principles of directing fluid to the collateral pathways helping to maintain and reduce edema.

The l&R Caresia Arm Bandage Liner (MCP to Axilla) is designed to eliminate stockinet’s and multiple layers of foam and padding. This product provides coverage from the Axilla to the knuckles (MCPs) Foam chips the product stimulate the tissue, promoting the reabsorption of interstitial fluids to reduce swelling. Bandages are applied over the liner, which is designed to disburse irregular compression by creating a symmetrical shape to the limb. It pads bony parts and fills concave spaces, compensating for anatomical differences without compromising compression. Juzo SoftCompress Arm Liner
The Juzo SoftCompress Arm Liner is durable and soft. It runs from the armpit to wrist. It is designed to be worn under short stretch bandages, wraps and compression garments. Its vertically stitched foam channels effectively move fluid to promote lymph drainage and prevent soft tissue fibrosis. The product does leave visible markings when removed. The Arm Liner is machine washable and 100% cotton making it great for sensitive skin. If you have an open wound in the area, it must be covered in a suitable dressing before applying the liner. The product can be cut to the appropriate length by following the free stitching/cutting marks.

Half Channeled Cylinders have channels sewn all the way partially around the length of the product. Each channel is filled with a single row of all-natural, sterilized, cherry pits that massage the area as the patient moves.
