JOBST® JoViJacket Classic Lower Leg w/ Polartec Power Dry
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment is for patients who have swelling in their lower leg(s) and feet because of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot of this garment extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee. The foot length is proportional to the leg length and girth.
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment (either Ready-to-Wear or Custom Made as appropriate) can be paired with a Hip Hugger or Boxer Capri for more complete coverage. This combination offers great flexibility, particularly when there is a significant disparity between upper and lower leg sizes.
To order a Ready-to-Wear Classic Lower Leg AD garment, check to see if your patient fits into our standard size chart, found on the order form. Ready-to-Wear garments are often the most cost-effective solution if the patient’s measurements fall into the sizing parameters.
These garments are available in our signature Polartec® Power Dry® fabric. Additionally, JoViJackets are available in Nylon & Spandex Powernet. JoViJackets are highly recommended to complete this two-part garment system – the additional compression is needed for maximum fit & effectiveness.

L&R Solaris Tribute® Wrap, Below Knee
The L&R Solaris TributeWrap Below Knee is designed as an evening and nighttime garment for managing lymphedema. It is made with a Coolcore fabric that wicks away sweat and moisture to regulate body temperature. The product has donning tabs that makes donning and adjusting the arm easy. The product has Chevron channeling based on Manual Lymph Drainage principles of directing fluid to the collateral pathways helping to maintain and reduce edema. Shredded-foam filled liner with Continuous Flow vertical stitching pattern directs lymph flow away from the testicular area toward an alternate functional lymphatic pathway. This padded insert should be used under a compression garment for protection, added comfort and optimal results.
This model has soft elastic straps (with latex) over the iliac crest to hold garment in place.

Paired with the Below Knee Liner, the Caresia Thigh Bandage Liner provides full coverage of the leg. The product is designed to eliminate stockinet’s and multiple layers of foam and padding. Foam chips the product stimulate the tissue, promoting the reabsorption of interstitial fluids to reduce swelling. Bandages are applied over the liner, which is designed to disburse irregular compression by creating a symmetrical shape to the limb. An equally simple solution is to the apply the ReadyWrap Thigh unit instead of bandages. This product is sold individually and is not returnable once opened, unless defective. Sigvaris Natural Rubber Series Pantyhose
The Sigvaris 500 Natural Rubber series is the gold standard in compression therapy. This is ideal for patients with more serious indications or long-term therapy needs. Fabric has a very low fatigue rate of 1-2%. Some fabrics can relax up to 15% during the course of a day.

The FarrowWrap CLASSIC Thighpiece is designed for moderate to severe Lymphedema and other swelling disorders. The product provides 30-40mmHg compression. The Thighpiece has a wrap-around knee piece attached, and it comes in Three (3) lengths and Five (5) sizes. It is recommended that bike shorts be worn over the top to keep the garment in place.
